Do you want to work for a world class, growing Midlands -based Inventory Management systems Manufacturing company? Due to continued growth, this company are looking to add personnel to their Service & Support Team and are currently recruiting for a Technical Support & Implementation Specialist.

THE COMPANY:

The company is an Inventory Management Systems manufacturer, making industrial vending machines and inventory management software and tracking solutions. These products are seen in industries all over the world, including; Aerospace, Asset Management, Automotive, Rail, Laboratories, Medical, Government, Office Supplies and Industrial Manufacturing, and they can range from a small table top module, through to a large system that stretches the length of a manufacturing site.

THE ROLE:

The role is working within the Service & Support team of the business and you will be responsible for working with an ever increasing customer base. You will be supporting the installation of projects of varying scale, from single systems to site wide solutions as well as office-based customer support. The office-based element of the role will be providing phone/email based technical support via remote access, and the site will involve conducting service calls and breakdowns. Approximately half your time will be spent on the road, with the other 50% of time, being spent in the office.

THE PERSON:

To be considered for this role, you need to be a logical thinker with good PC and networking knowledge (Windows, MS Office, Servers, Networking, IIS and SQL). If you have experience of software and hardware fault identification & resolution, this would also be great. Finally, someone with a customer focussed mindset and a full clean driving licence, this would be great.
