Lottie sits at the very top of the organisational tree and has been with Synergy Personnel Services since the beginning. She is a working Cocker Spaniel and can often be seen walking between the offices on the hunt for tummy rubs or a massage behind the ears. She doesn’t currently work in any specific sector, but we are working on that!

Whenever someone new comes to the office, she will greet them with a soft toy in her mouth and expect some attention!!

Her favourite food is salmon and she enjoys long walks in the park where she tries her best to catch squirrels but just isn’t quick enough.

Sophie Alvarez

Sophie started working in Recruitment for a FTSE 100 company back in 2006, where she worked on a busy Trades and Labour desk and built solid relationships with clients and candidates across Leicester. From there, she moved to a Management position within another FTSE 100 company where she looked after a team of Consultants all looking after Temporary/ Contract positions.

As Operations Manager at Synergy, Sophie looks after the Contract/Temporary side of the business across all divisions and also works on her own Manufacturing Desk.

Outside of work, Sophie is a mum and so most of her spare time is spent turning her little girl into a carbon copy of herself! She loves Drum and Bass music (everyone else hates it in the office) and if it is fashion advice that you need, Sophie is the one to go to

Charlotte Anderson

Charlotte is the Senior Consultant at Synergy Personnel Services, and started working in recruitment in 2008. Charlotte’s experience has largely been within the Education Sector and in 2012 she joined Synergy Personnel Services Ltd to head up their Rec2Rec division.

As a Section Manager at Synergy Personnel Services, Charlotte manages all aspects within the Rec2Rec side of this business and has built some solid relationships with clients and candidates across the East Midlands.

Outside of work, Charlotte is a keen dancer and has been an afterschool Dance Teacher at a local Dance School for over 10 years. She is Robbie Williams’ biggest fan, and the first CD she ever brought was a Now Album – she didn’t want to show her age by saying which one, although she couldn’t remember if it was a CD or Cassette!

Dan Brown

Dan started his recruitment career in 2001 operating within the Industrial sector working for a national company. Making his way through the ranks before joining another national recruitment provider in 2009 finishing as a main board director. Dan has a proven track record of working within the Industrial recruitment market operating to the highest ethical standards. He has an infectious way of working and as a result always puts his candidates and customers first.

Outside of work, Dan is an avid sports fan, supporting Leicester City and even finds time to Chair and manage a local adult’s football team. Dan’s first record bought was Prodigy – Fire Starter.

Gavin Dilkes

Gavin is the founding Director of Synergy Personnel Services Ltd, and started working in recruitment straight after graduating in 2005. He has experience of working within FTSE 100, AIM Listed and Boutique recruitment companies. He has recruited extensively across a variety of sectors and specialism’s with the majority of this experience being centered around the Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Sector at all levels within an organisation.

As a Director at Synergy Personnel Services, Gavin manages a team of Building Services Consultants and also oversees the other three divisions; Rec2Rec, Warehouse & Industrial and Driving.

Outside of work, Gavin is a keen musician. He plays the trumpet in both a Blues band and also a Military band. He is also a keen gym goer. He completed the London Marathon in 2011 in a time of 03:46:52 (the 52 seconds are important) and is a big Michael Jackson fan, although the first CD he ever brought was by the Vengaboys!

Steven Kemp

Steven is an Associate Director at Synergy Personnel Services, and started working in recruitment in 2003 within a very competitive East Midlands based Industrial Market. Steve joined Synergy Personnel Services as an Associate in 2012, and has made some significant inroads into helping to get this sector established.

As a Director, he looks after a small team of Consultants, and runs the whole Warehouse and Industrial division.

Outside of work, Steve has 2 children who he taxis around, is keen on cooking and loves reading Sci-Fi books.
