With a new opening for a 2nd and 3rd Line Support Engineer available, now is your chance to join them.

THE ROLE:

You will have a number of duties as a 2nd and 3rd Line Support Engineer, such as checking emails and monitoring LanSweeper Helpdesk function for tickets sent in by email, logging tickets and monitoring them from start to finish, remoting onto PC’s using VNC to sort out issues, taking calls and logging tickets where appropriate, and procurement of new IT equipment, obtaining quotes and liaising with procurement team to get PO’s to get equipment ordered. You will also be expected to deal with companies to get the best possible deals, work on account unlocks and password resets, day to day admin and creating users on all systems used by the company.

THE CANDIDATE:

Candidates must have an appropriate level 3 qualification at minimum. Experience is not required for this role as some training will be provided, though experience is preferred. You will additionally need a firm understanding of a wide array of software and hardware, and a readiness to learn new software and hardware when needed.
