THE ROLE:

In this role you will take on a wide array of duties, including but not limited to supporting the IT Area Manager with managing the academies and trust IT equipment, supporting users with Windows 10, Adobe CC, CS6, MacOS, iPadOS devices installing, updating apps and using Apple software. You will also be expected to help manage the Windows 2016 servers, removing quarantined items and assisting the IT Technicians with resolving and prioritising their tickets.

THE CANDIDATE:

This role requires a basic level of experience in similar roles to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, as such 2 years’ experience is required as well as a relevant level 3 or higher qualification. Given the large number of duties you will be expected to undertake and the amount of people you will need to interact with, you will need excellent time management and communication skills.
