Job Summary: To complete generic and standard company information relating to Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and Invitation to Tender (ITT) in support of the Bid Manager, in addition to providing written tender responses within quality questionnaires/method statements. The role also supports the Bid Co-ordinator to manage and respond to tenders inbox requests where required as part of the bid administration process.

Key Responsibilities:

Play an important role in winning contracts across the Lifeways Group, through successful completion of tender submissions
Write high-quality, high-scoring standard written responses to tender questions within PQQ and ITT submissions, often under deadline pressure
Provide research and support to the Bid Manager within strategic bid processes, including gathering information from subject matter experts/the operational team where directed
Attend bid project meetings, either independently or with the Bid Manager, to gain high-quality written tender input from subject matter experts and operational teams
Ensure a full understanding of updated company information (across the group) to enable accurate and timely completion of PQQ responses
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide ITT and PQQ responses
Play a key role in internal bid projects, for example updating key information sources and supporting the bid library of information
Undertake research in national and local sector-specific guidelines and developments, to support the bid process and our ability to submit high-quality tender responses
Where required, attend pre-bid meetings with bid team and operational/development team members to gain an increased understanding of commissioner expectations
Act as support to the Bid Co-ordinator (administrator) during periods of annual leave and when resource is stretched due to bid activity.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent writing ability and skill to deliver a locally relevant response that meets national and local guidelines/best practice and specification requirements
Excellent time management and project planning ability to enable working on multiple projects within external deadlines
Strong IT skills, including in particular Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Ability to communicate with subject matter experts, both in and outside of operational teams,

Salary: £25,000.00 to £30,000.00 /year
