Being involved in a full range of M&E Services within a wide range of markets, they boast some big names within the Building Services arena as clients and work across a number of different sectors, including: Commercial, Data centres, Hospitality, Retail, Residential and Public Sector.

THE ROLE:

As an BIM Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of all BIM Processed and Procedures. This will include: Evaluating (Risk Identification) and commenting on BIM Execution, Developing company BIM Standards, Template Development, Managing BIM supply chain database, Managing Content creation, Monitoring project common data environments, BIM Software training, BIM representation and presenting at meeting for the business, Internal BIM Project Audits and creation & implementation of BIM Steering groups.

THE PERSON:

To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience of working within a BIM related role either at an Intermediate or Senior Level. You must be able to communicate in a confident and professional manner and be able to work as part of a team. Ideally you will have either a HNC or HND engineering qualification and a proven track record within a contracting environment. No Building Services experience is required. Just a good solid working knowledge of BIM.
