This company is a modern and stylish Mortgage Broker and Estate Agency with two offices in Leicester (One City Centre and 1 in North Leicester). It has been established for over 10 years, and within that time they have increased their offering to include Protection, Wills and Probate. They are a slick organisation with great branding and benefit from having a driven, loyal and friendly team at the heart of everything that they do. Through ambitious growth, they are now looking to add a dedicated Business Development Manager to their team
As a BDM, the purpose of your role will be to grow and add clients to the business. These could be Housing Developers, Estate Agents and Builders, with a view to them using your services going forward for the sale of properties, or to offer mortgage solutions to clients. A lot of this role will involve be networking and account management to see where there are potentials for further growth from existing clients.
To be considered for this role, you need to be an organised individual with a great attention to detail. A commercially astute individual who is good at managing relationships will be ideal for this role. A background in this industry (or something finance related will be preferred)
