Our client a warehouse and logistics company that ships freight around the globe, are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Adviser for ever growing operation. the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years customer service experience, have excellent communication skills and being customer friendly.

Duties:

Inbound and out bound customer service calls
Taking online and phone orders
processing of orders
Arranging payments
organising shipments
Dealing with complaints
