THE COMPANY:

The company is a fast-growing eCommerce company in the lighting & electrical industry. They have over 40 years of experience in the electrical wholesale trade and have built up a reputation for excellence. Through growth they are now looking to recruit for someone who can grow with the business and who would like an opportunity to learn skills & progress quickly.

THE ROLE:

The role will start with you learning the ropes of the warehouse, invoicing, stock management & customer service. You will progress into working on an eCommerce site to help grow the sales many times over. You will be responsible for dealing with customers on the phone ensuring great customer service and dealing with enquiries that come in from the ecommerce website. At the heart of the role is the customer experience so building rapport with them is key.

THE CANDIDATE:

Successful candidates should be motivated, friendly and at home talking on the phone to customers. This role would suit someone who wants to work with a fast-growing business and also have the responsibilities and opportunities that come along with it. You must be computer-literate although you will be trained on specific skills for the job and on the systems the company uses.
