THE ROLE:

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be working on projects ranging in value from £500K to £5 Million across a multitude of sectors where you will be overseeing the installation of electrical services by sub-contractors. You will be heavily involved in commercial & cost management, project programming, technical compliance, ensuring KPI’s are delivered, specification reviews and producing specifications and working briefs to resolve any ongoing issues whilst continually liaising with clients to ensure all of their requirements are met.

THE PERSON:

To be considered for this position, you need to have experience of working on Design and Build projects within sectors such as; Healthcare, Education and retail and have a good working knowledge of electrical services including; LV Distribution, Lighting, Emergency Power, Fire Alarm & security systems, Data, Telecoms, Lightning Protection and BMW systems.
