THE ROLE:

As a Field Service Engineer your chief responsibilities will be maintaining the integrity of on-site IT equipment, testing to make sure it functions correctly and meets health and safety requirements. You will additionally be required to document your activities and create field reports to ensure all the site’s requirements are met.

THE CANDIDATE:

This role requires a skilled individual with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience and an appropriate level 5 or higher qualification in engineering or IT. To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to quickly diagnose problems, have excellent maths and analytical skills, be prepared to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.
