And with a new IT Helpdesk Technician position recently opened, now is your chance to join them.
In this position, you will speak to end users and provide guidance and training on equipment provided, help troubleshoot connection, account, email and domain issues escalating to 2nd line and infrastructure or business support where needed. You will also be needed to contact 3rd part suppliers to ensure that line faults and telephony issues are resolved in a timely manner – escalating issues when further authorization or specialized knowledge of the network is required.
As this is an entry level position experience is not necessary, however a relevant level 3 or higher IT qualification is required. You will also need good communication and time management skills given the high quantity of people you will be expected to interact with, and tasks given to you to perform.
