With a new opening as an IT Service Desk Team Leader now is your chance to join this transport giant.

THE ROLE:

In your role as IT Service Desk Team Leader your role will primarily centre around dealing with tickets that are logged via email or phone. This covers locking/unlocking accounts, password resets due to office move/changes, and the setting up of new users and ensuring that the leavers are actioned appropriately. You will also be tasked with ensuring the tickets are dealt with in a timely fashion and order to ensure that they are logged correctly as Requests or Incidents.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 3 years in a previous IT Support Position(s) with a relevant level 3 or higher qualifications, with excellent time management and interpersonal communication skills. You will need a good understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting procedures.
