THE COMPANY:

The company is a complete Building Services contractor that have a long-standing workforce and reputation because of it’s great working culture. Over the years the company has grown to become a leading force in mechanical and electrical engineering. The company are now looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Estimator to their professional team at their Lincoln office.

THE ROLE:

As a Mechanical Estimator you will be expected to complete the hands-on design work and calculations for Mechanical systems on a variety of different sized projects. As well as estimating and pricing up projects from design drawings, working with systems such as: Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Pipework.

THE CANDIDATE:

A suitable candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience in a Building Services design/estimating role. You will be involved with the project from conception to completion including all drawings and calculations. You should have experience with AutoCAD and previously designed systems as mentioned above.
