THE ROLE:

The position is to work as a Mechanical Contracts Manager, where you will be an integral part of a small team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers. Within your role, you will be working on different Midlands based projects, ranging in value from £500K to £2Million, across different sectors, including Healthcare centres, Leisure facilities, Car garages, Theatres, Hospitals, Restaurants, Hotels, Offices and Student Accommodation.

ABOUT YOU:

We would be keen to speak to you if you are currently working within the Building Services sector as either a Mechanical Project Manager or a Mechanical Contracts Manager with experience of working on a variety of different mechanical applications, such as Ductwork, Gas, HVAC, Hot & cold water and above ground drainage.
