Our client has a great opportunity for Hygiene Operatives to join an experienced, dedicated and friendly Mobile Work Team. Based out of the Swindon the successful candidate will carry out varied cleaning work, across the South and South West of the country.

The primary role of the Mobile Service Team is predominantly cleaning cladding on the exterior of Morrison’s supermarkets in the South and South West. The work is carried out overnight. Operatives are required to carry out all types of cleaning work, switching between daytime & night time working and weekday & weekend working.

Duties and Responsibilities would include:

  • Carrying out cleaning work on the cladding and exteriors of supermarkets
  • Working within a variety of working environments including wet, cold, humid, hot, dry and/or dusty conditions
  • Carrying out all varieties of cleaning work including but not limited to plant cleaning, working at height, and working within confined spaces
  • Working in and contributing positively to a team-based operation
  • Working to Hygiene & Client safety, quality & hygiene requirements
  • Undergoing necessary training in relation to high level cleaning, confined space entry, etc

  • An understanding of the front-line nature of the Mobile Team function
  • The ability to adopt appropriate professional behaviours
  • Adherence to strict safety, quality & hygiene regulations
  • The ability to travel independently to Toll cross as and when required
  • A head for heights and ease within confined and restricted spaces!

Driving duties will form part of the role therefore a full, current driving licence is essential.

Previous experience in cleaning is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
