THE COMPANY; 

A nursery that is focused on delivering a targeted intervention for children who have delayed language development, for this the nursery provides an intervention programme. All staff have regular training in safeguarding, first aid, food hygiene and the prevent duty. Committed to offering staff extra training such as behaviour training, supporting children with additional needs and training specific to each development stage/age group.  

THE ROLE; 

The role for this job would be maintaining a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents weekly so that you both are kept up to date. Collaborating with teachers so that the children feel that it is an inviting and nurturing environment. Lastly managing day-to-day classroom activities including sensory play, structured lessons and outdoor play.   

THE CANDIDATE; 

The ideal candidate suitable for this role would need a minimum 2 years’ experience working with children in a classroom setting. EYTS certified. You need to have a caring and nurtured attitude towards children. Facilitating appropriate play and ensuring that the children continue to display good behaviour and lastly someone who has a genuine child centred approach that loves teaching.
