THE COMPANY:

The company are a Joinery that manufacture doors, windows, counters and many more products to the highest quality. They have an excellent reputation and a history dating back to the 1830’s. The company take huge pride in their work and this has resulted in outstanding results. They are now looking to recruit for an Office Administrator to join their team in Leicester.

THE ROLE:

As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for liaising with customers on the phone and also welcoming and registering visitors that arrive at the office. You will also be ensuring all filing and records are kept up to date and stored in the right places. The role will involve some purchasing and placing orders with suppliers as well as tracking these to ensure stock levels are met. You will work with the Commercial Office Manager and Joinery Manager on projects and provide support.

THE CANDIDATE:

This role would really suit someone organised with previous administrative experience. This experience being with a manufacturing business would be beneficial but is not a necessity. Experience using Sage is also required as this is a program you will be using. There is an amazing culture within the office so someone with a good sense of humour and team ethos would fit in well.
