We are currently recruiting for an Office Assistant to work for a busy warehousing company based in Leicester.

 

DUTIES INCLUDE:

 

  • Providing picking lists to warehouse operatives
  • Customer account management
  • Making bookings with couriers within cost parameters and customer requirements
  • Tracking shipments
  • Checking and processing shipment  documentation and information
  • Attending to customs formalities
  • Booking deliveries, arranging releases
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Completing all other necessary administration
  • Ensuring accreditation and company compliancy at all times
  • Comply and enforcing company Health & Safety and security procedures
  • Preparing picking documents and processing
  • Creating dispatch notes
  • Answering internal and external phone calls
  • Booking in deliveries of stock by inputting data
