We are currently recruiting for an Office Assistant to work for a busy warehousing company based in Leicester.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Providing picking lists to warehouse operatives
- Customer account management
- Making bookings with couriers within cost parameters and customer requirements
- Tracking shipments
- Checking and processing shipment documentation and information
- Attending to customs formalities
- Booking deliveries, arranging releases
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Completing all other necessary administration
- Ensuring accreditation and company compliancy at all times
- Comply and enforcing company Health & Safety and security procedures
- Preparing picking documents and processing
- Creating dispatch notes
- Answering internal and external phone calls
- Booking in deliveries of stock by inputting data
