THE COMPANY:

This company is an established Building Services Consultancy specialising in the surveying and design of Building Services Projects. They are based in Central and East Midlands and work across a number of different sectors nationwide. Projects they undertake cover engineering and construction management services, from concept and feasibility studies, through all stages of design, tender review site supervision, project management and commissioning.

THE ROLE:

Within this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of people on the delivery of projects across the UK. The role will require you to be involved in business development, sales, design, operations, HR, finance, H&S customer care and after sales furthermore, you will be required to be involved in Design Development, subcontractor selection & analysis

THE PERSON:

To be considered for this role, you need to have comprehensive experience of company and operation management within the Building Services industry. You should be commercially aware, and able to deal with all aspects of business, including; business development, growth, financial management, operational management, corporate governance and legal compliance.
