THE COMPANY:

The company are one of the most innovative print companies in the world with divisions such as; Office Supplies, Hygiene, Catering, Workwear and PPE, Office Interiors and Furniture, Promotional Merchandise and Print and Marketing Communication services. They have a great culture which has led to a longstanding, loyal workforce of professionals. Now due to growth the company are looking to recruit for a Print Account Manager to join their office in Derby.

THE ROLE:

As a Print Account Manager, you will be the designated point of contact for all print customers and will liaise with them continuously to build a relationship of respect and trust ensuring total customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for communicating with customers about any concerns or developments that may affect the project.  Within the role you will develop initiatives to grow business and identify cross selling opportunities that may arise as well as determining the most effective methods of production. You will be reporting to team leaders and giving feedback to Managers where relevant.

THE CANDIDATE:

Successful candidates must have knowledge of Litho and Digital print processes. You should have experience of print management, estimating and commercial decision making within a previous Account Managers role. Candidates should be an effective problem solver and negotiator whilst remaining personable and professional. Experience with Progress and Primo IT systems would be beneficial as well as Tharsterns and Storefront systems.
