THE COMPANY:

The company are an expanding Dust Control spare parts specialist that pride themselves on their competitive pricing and excellent customer service. They operate online through their website but also take inbound sales. The company are now looking for an enthusiastic individual that can grow within the company and further their career.

THE ROLE:

As a Sales Assistant you will be working as part of a team with the goal of developing and maintaining customer relations. You will be answering calls in a professional manor to process telephone orders or deal with customer enquiries. The role is varied as you will also be researching for product development, dealing with suppliers and processing purchase orders. All of which ensure the job is interesting allowing you to develop numerous skills.

THE CANDIDATE:

Candidates should be focused and driven with the ability to work off their own initiative. A polite and friendly telephone manor should always be maintained. Previous experience is not essential but preferred, full training will be provided so the ability to learn is key. Candidates should have GCSE’s in Maths and English at grade C or above, you should also have a good understanding of Excel and have competent IT skills.
