THE ROLE:

As a Negotiator you will be responsible for:

• Generating viewing enquiries on Spare Room – portal
• Following up on Rightmove/OTM/ Facebook enquiries with a virtual tour of the property in the first instance and then converting these to viewings.
• Following up on web enquiries on CRM with a virtual tour of the property in the first instance and then converting these to viewings.
• Showing rooms/properties to let and Properties For Sale – can use own car or company car

Flexible hours to suit.

THE CANDIDATE:

Successful candidates should have previous experience in a similar position and be able to confidently engage with customers. An ambitious individual that is target driven will go a long way, there are great opportunities to develop your career with this business. All candidates should take pride in their work to ensure they provide a great service. Experience within the property industry is required.
