This role: Senior Mechanical Building Services Estimator is with one of Yorkshire’s top contractors who over the last 15+ years have maintained a reputation for quality. You will be involved in a variety of exciting projects across the country and will play an instrumental part in managing the Estimating team pricing up the Mechanical aspect of projects including systems such as: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework

Routes to progress are there for you to grab with both hands and staff retention is extremely high so you will be able to develop meaningful relationships from your colleagues and collaborate and learn from them.

As a Mechanical Building Services Estimator, you will be:

• Estimating and pricing projects up to the value of £6M
• Working with and managing a close-knit Estimating team
• Pricing all Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework
• Working on highly respected projects across sectors including: Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing and Retail
• Using the latest packages and technology to assure constant development
• Offered opportunities to progress and grow

We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Senior Mechanical Estimator or Senior Mechanical Services Estimator. Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have a working knowledge of programmes such as Hevacom. Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.

As a Senior Mechanical Building Services Estimator your salary will be within the £55-60K region plus a Company car or car allowance.
