THE ROLE:

Should you be successful in attaining the position, you can expect your duties to include identifying, diagnosing, and providing solutions to the issue via email and phone, as well as overseeing the installation, implementation, modification, and any necessary repairs to hardware and network infrastructure. Additionally, you will also be expected to update any out-of-date software to ensure optimal company performance, as well as reporting to and collaborating with the consultancy team to report any errors and issues to develop and deploy fixes.

THE CANDIDATE:

A successful candidate will have upwards of 6 years of experience in a similar support role(s), with hands one experience in both hardware and software issue management and resolution. You will also have a good knowledge of network protocols and how to resolve issues related to Cisco devices (DHCP, Static IP, DNS server). Experience with a variety of past and present operating systems is preferable, with an in-depth knowledge of Windows 10 being a necessity.
