THE COMPANY:

This company are a well-established property and construction consultancy with offices all over the UK. The current M&E team has a rapidly expanding profile and continues to succeed securing prominent national frameworks. Projects are spread across both the private and public sectors with many other blue-chip clients. As a result, there are opportunities to progress quickly within a vibrant and successful team environment.

THE ROLE:

As an Senior Sustainability Consultant, you will be working within a team of 9 people, working on a very wide range of projects, mostly new build with some refurbishments, across all of the commercial, education, housing and healthcare sectors. There will be a baseline BREEAM that would require your input as well as Passive design analysis, LZC feasibility studies and IMPACT Lifecycle assessments. Further more you will be carrying out the BREEAM AP role for assessments from pre planning through to post construction. Embodied carbon life cycle assessments and reporting, producing sustainability reports, providing sustainable design advice and support/ mentoring of junior staff.

THE PERSON:

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have a BSc/BEng in Sustainability/ environmental/ energy/ building services related discipline. Furthermore you will ideally be BREEAM AP with demonstratable experience in the management and delivery of sustainability schemes.
