My client is looking to recruit Service Desk Coordinators with a service engineering background. They are based in Spondon, Derbyshire.

Main duties include:

• Take ownership of allocated clients
o Set up CAFM system with all relevant information to ensure effective service delivery (assets, PPM planner, rates, contacts, users etc)
o Ensure all relevant information is provided to Accounts to facilitate timely and correct invoicing
o Develop relationship with client, providing responsive and proactive administrative support
o Raise reactive jobs
o Raise purchase orders for engineers and sub-contractors
o Monitor and close down Alarms
o Attach all report sheets to jobs
o Book in service visits and reactive works with clients following liaison with scheduler
o Monitor engineer and sub-contractor performance against SLAs and KPIs
o Produce monthly and quarterly reports to assist contract managers
o Sub-contractor liaison for job closures and paperwork
o Assist Accounts with queries
o Support the contract manager/supervisor in raising quotations
o Liaise closely with Service Desk Supervisor, raising concerns/issues on a timely basis to ensure speedy resolution

• Answer the telephone and respond to queries
• Respond to email queries from customers and engineers
• Work closely with team members, providing proactive support where necessary
• Attend meetings with clients as required
