THE COMPANY:

This company is a leading Building Services contractor based within the East Midlands. Having been established for over 50 years, they are considered to be one of the most technically advanced M&E Design and Build Contractors in the UK. They directly employ their own Project and Site Managers, Design and Contract Engineers, CAD Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Site Operatives and Administrative personnel to ensure that they give their clients the most personal service available. THE ROLE:

As a Small Works Mechanical Project Manager, your role will require you to work on either a number of different projects at any one time – This would could be anything from a £100 leaking tap, through to a £250K boiler replacement at a school. You would be required to carry out an initial survey, look at pricing and then also project manage the works being done. At any one time, you could be looking after 15-20 different small projects.

THE PERSON:

To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience of working as a Small Works Mechanical Project Manager and be happy to continue with this type of role. Everyday is varied and there will be new challenges with changing priorities on a daily basis. The role is mechanically biased but if you have electrical knowledge, this will also be considered.
