THE COMPANY:

This company is a leading Building Support services provider that has been established for over 50 years and has a turnover in excess of £160 Million. They employ over 800 members of staff across the UK and have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Estimator to join their team. This role is within a department that looks at projects ranging in value from £500K to £3 Million, predominantly with Local Authorities. Through growth, they have created a new role for a Sub Contractor Support Administrator to work from their office in Solihull.

THE ROLE:

The role of Sub Contract Support Administrator is a brand new role within the company, and you will be at the heart of the office managing all of the sub contractors and keeping a database of all labour rates, pricing and project timescales. You will be looking after all framework contracts and involved in account management, ordering of goods (ensuring budget control), scheduling of work including holiday sickness cover), monthly reporting, and QHSE responsibility.

THE PERSON:

To be considered for this role, you must be an organised person who is an excellent communicator, both written and orally, and used to liaising with a variety of different people at different levels within a company, including suppliers, customers and colleagues. Furthermore, you should be competent in all aspects of Microsoft and have an ability to lead and motivate others.
