Key aspects of this role are as follows:

  • Cold calling and face-to-face new business development in order to generate new clients.
  • Gaining strong understanding of client recruitment needs through continued relationship building.
  • Attracting, screening and introducing candidates to clients in line with agreed client requirements.
  • Managing recruited candidates’ performances daily and weekly to ensure that clients and contractors are consistently satisfied.
  • Troubleshooting issues and putting pre-emptive measures in place to ensure continued client satisfaction.
  • Working towards weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets.

Our Package

  • £18,000 to £25,000 basic plus uncapped bonus payments which increase in line with performance against targets.
  • A realistic first year’s bonus earnings of £5000 to £7500
  • Extensive training package and support
  • 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays which increases in line with length of service

The Candidate

  • Experienced in outbound sales within recruitment or other B2B sales environments.
  • Proven track record of achievement against KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Ability to source and generate new sales leads.
  • Appreciation of the importance of excellent service delivery to ensure repeat business with clients and candidates
  • Ability to demonstrate strong understanding of client recruitment requirements and source candidates matching their needs

  • Ability to identify problems and ensure that pre-emptive corrective actions plans are put in place for future
  • Strong administration skills and an eye for detail.
