Charlotte started working for Synergy in 2014 on a part-time basis where her role is to keep the database nice and tidy and also all internal payroll.
Outside of work, Charlotte is a dancer and has been since she was 2 years old. Particular areas of interest are Contemporary, Tap, Lyrical and Ballet.
